In charge of TECHNICAL PROJECT purchasing (CNC Machining parts, Welding, Laser cutting and Fasteners) - Launch Global RFQ to optimize price and design to fix the future vendors. - International sourcing and RFQ process following Fallprotec target to ensure compliance to the policies, right selection of a supplier, quality, Cost and Delivery time (QCD). - Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). - Price and Contractual Negotiations with suppliers. - Improve Supply Chain through ERP system by optimizing the articles. - Developing and execute strategies to accelerate payment terms with suppliers, optimizing cash flow cycles. - Identify cost reduction opportunities and implementation of Design to cost action inline with R&D Team.

RFQ Management, Generating inquiries to suppliers (RM, Special process, others), getting quotes, Techno-commercial discussion, comparison of quotes, negotiating with suppliers for the optimum price. Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, tools, gauges, and labor expenses. Read blueprints, standards, and technical documents to prepare estimation. Sending RFQ to suppliers, getting quotes, Techno –Commercial comparison of quotes, negotiating with suppliers for optimum price and quality. Project planning and coordination with the production engineering team for producing high-quality products as per customer requirements. Sourcing and procurement of Raw material or consumables as per demand and minimum stock level/indent from the end user. Follow up with all teams to expedite the flow of materials and documents to meet the Manufacturing schedule. Tracking of manufacturing activities for components and other surface treatment processes as per routing and schedule. Assist in the preparation and implementation of monthly and weekly project execution plan as per fulfilled customer order status. Developing suppliers to improve manufacturing ability by frequent on-site visits. Assists in the preparation and Implementation of monthly and weekly Project Execution Plan as per fulfilled customer order status. All order status reports and delivery schedule reports are submitted weekly basis to the client for review and approval. Manage activities related to strategic purchasing, Material planning, Inventory control, Warehousing, or receiving. Identify engineering problems related to material, Operation, Quality, and implement a solution.

Evaluate current production activities and make recommendations for improvements. Develop operating instructions and equipment specifications for production activities. Developing and implementing best practices, quality assurance standards and project management procedures. Daily production entry in Excel. Planning production schedule for three shifts. Ensure product and process quality meets specifications required. Train, supervise, and manage production line workers. Support and lead process improvements.
