Responsible for growth of the company in south zone through constant expansion of portfolio through new asset acquisition and strategic capital deployment, was able to add a BV potential of INR 6000 Cr through deployment of INR 750 Cr Capital which is the best ever for the zone till date and at the same time grew the sales booking value up from ~INR 750 Cr to ~INR 2250 Cr a 3X growth driving market leadership of the company back into the top 3 spot in Bangalore through, launches of new projects, sales in existing projects, new product development, strategic marketing, channel management, and managing critical operations and risk management of the company in the zone.

P&L Head of Haryana and Punjab region comprising of Assets worth ~INR 8000 Cr. Have successfully added 2 plotted development projects top-line. Successfully liquidated INR 2800 Cr + inventory mostly in sustenance stage. Achieved operational excellence by delivering project to customers in strict timelines, nine projects have got completion certificates in my tenure. Generated close to ~INR 500 Cr profit by FY 23 through the given portfolio of projects. Team includes highly skilled project directors, construction heads, sales, CRM and design professionals. Portfolio of 12 Residential and 1 Commercial project in various stages of completion and occupancy in 4 different markets namely Gurgaon, Faridabad, Chandigarh and Sonepat.
