I have been cruising along in the ship of Safety Management for more than 14 years with a vast experience in Substation, Transmission line, Underground Cable (XLPE) as well as power plant, Construction of building and Solar, Employee Engagement & Relations, and People Management across Corporate and International SBU. Over the years, I have formulated and restructured a plethora of Safety initiative, keeping in line with business strategy to drive bottom-line success by catering to and bridging the gap between employer and employee expectations. My key expertise is in singlehandedly managing HSE activities of Corporate Strategic Business Unit. Furthermore, I am deft at spearheading Safety affairs encompassing all activities pertaining to employee recruitment, retention, staff development, conflict resolution, benefits & compensation, management and legal compliance. Being a Safety Professional myself, I have been working with a range of Safety professionals, executive teams, and business group and driving HR Budgets for Corporate Office.
