Subhash Chandra

I am Subhash Chandra — a born entrepreneur whose family business will be 100 years old on 21st May 2026. I dared to dream beyond boundaries, beginning my business career at the age of 17 in year 1967, did many pioneering ventures from Defence grain supplies, open storage godowns in plastic films, 1st time packaging for Indian paste market, Amusement park and In 1992, launched Zee TV, India’s first private satellite TV station, making Indian content available globally. Over the decades, I’ve had the privilege of building Essel Group, with latest foray in technology. I believe that business is not just about growth, but about purpose and empowerment to it’s stakeholders including customers. Mentoring the young minds to solve issues with ease my “Subhash Chandra Show” have attracted millions. Planned to add an initiative to help people launching “Sarthi” initiative to guide individuals.
