ANZOT is a leading provider of end-to-end solutions to ANZ Bank worldwide. Responsibilities: Involved in Salary Computation for around 30,000 employees of ANZ using various modules of the PeopleSoft ERP. Worked as a part of the Earnings Team that takes care of processes related to the earnings, deductions and net payable of all the employees. Have been trained in nearly 15 processes of PeopleSoft ERP which include Performance Management, Score Uploading & various others.

Preparation of salary statements, salary slips using RCS Payman application. Keeping track of attendance (Late Comings, Leave & etc) Correspondence with regarding to issue of Appointment Orders, Transfers, Termination, Relieving & etc. PF & ESI related matters & Attending to Employee grievances. Maintaining an Employee data bank Collection of information from different group companies Screening resumes

Understanding the requirements of the clients. Sourcing profiles from various Job portals (Resume Screening). Sending mails and speaking to the candidates regarding the available openings, information about the company and job specification. Scheduling Technical Interview & Panels by being a bridge between the clients and the candidates. Keeping track of the interview (whether the interview happens in the scheduled time, feedback & etc). Follow up with the candidates and negotiations regarding their joining dates, salary etc. Updating the Practice Head with the resource status.

Counseling candidates about the various exams, their syllabi, and the exams they can appear for. Coordinating the students for their tests. Scheduling classes for the professors.
