I work as a customer advisor role at Liz Earle where I get to interact with customers on a daily basis, understand their skin concerns and then help them develop a personalised skin care routine with recommendations and product application tips to help them with their skin concerns. I am also a certified CIBTAC professional and have completed my Skin School training with Liz Earle to help me guide my clients better about their skin and what works for them. My current role entails client management, communication skills, product marketing skills and customer engagement skills.

I worked as a marketing and communications professional in the student marketing and recruitment team at Habib University where my job included developing the digital marketing strategy for all social media platforms at Habib University, organising and managing student marketing and recruitment events such as campus drives and on campus events, donor and partner organisation events and client management, PR events management and marketing campaigns for various programs such as the the Study Abroad Program at Habib University in collaboration with UC Berkeley, Stanford University, Texas A & M and Michigan University in the US.

I worked as a marketing and training program manager for the Learning centre at Habib Bank where I was responsible for organising training events and Learning & Development events for employees, run training need analysis for all employees and development suitable training events and campaigns for employee development and learning, manage trainers and maintain relationships with training partners and agencies.

My internship involved managing training and development need analysis for the training centre at Ufone, and developing training programs for soft skills and other development skills for new hires and employees.
