China Private Equity Team -Engaged in due diligence including conducting market/industry research, company positioning, bench marking and synthesizing key insights and completed the co-investor compliance check to support a ~£100mn leveraged buyout deal. -Screened business plans and financial statements of potential targets and pitched investment ideas to the investment team. -Assisted the vice president to provide post-transaction management through assessing financial status. -Researched the macroeconomic condition of China and analyzed investment portfolios and fund performance for the annual investor meeting.

China Growth Equity Team -Conducted commercial due diligence and prepared roadshow presentation materials to support portfolio company's financing project and participated in internal evaluation meetings for a potential IPO exit. -Conducted local and global PE/VC market analysis including fundraising, investment and exit strategies for the annual investor meeting. -Updated portfolio companies’ financial reporting database and assisted seniors to prepare valuation for 2 portfolio companies through DCF and Comps model and to monitor their operation. -Researched current situation and growing potential of TMT industry and pitched investment ideas to China and UK deal team. （Focus on IoT & smart grid） Engaged in two live deals: - Leading healthcare maintenance company IPO exit. - China's largest online used-car transaction platform B Round equity fundraising.
