• Managed end-to-end procurement processes, including order placement, invoice approval, and order follow-up to ensure material/service availability aligned with demand • Developing and executing comprehensive strategies for optimizing external supplier spend, including tools and processes across markets. • Creation and implementation local category strategies for Greece and Cyprus, including market analysis, consolidation, and benchmarking. • Lead categories priorities aligned with business priorities/strategies in Europe. Leverage commercial savvy and contribute actively to achievement of business objectives. • Deliver key productivity projects/initiatives within managed categories, develop and align these with stakeholders and suppliers, and implement them to capture savings. • Responsible for sourcing activities within Indirect agenda and deliver requested targets. • Lead negotiations and tenders on both a strategic & tactical basis • Day to Day management of the demands from the key stakeholders requiring operational support dally. • Implementation of Global Control Standards, complied with EU Procurement Policy, and ensured proper documentation of controls. • Production of ERP reports for company-wide purchase units.
