As the Secretary of the Opening and Closing Ceremony Committee for Kurukshetra, our university’s flagship sports and cultural fest, I led a 50-member team to plan and execute grand ceremonies, ensuring they were bigger, better, and bolder than previous years. I oversaw every detail, from conceptualization to on-ground execution, often working beyond regular hours to ensure seamless delivery. This role strengthened my people management, problem-solving, and communication skills, as I navigated high-pressure situations, coordinated with multiple stakeholders, and handled last-minute challenges. Managing such a large-scale event honed my ability to lead teams, think on my feet, and execute complex projects with precision—essential skills for any leadership role.

As a FLAME Student Ambassador, I represent the university’s values and engage with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process and sharing insights on academics and campus life. I actively participate in outreach initiatives like open houses, campus tours, and online interactions to provide a first-hand perspective on FLAME. Additionally, I collaborate with university stakeholders to enhance student engagement and build a strong community. Through effective communication and leadership, I strive to create a welcoming and informative experience for future students.

I worked at CRY Foundation for approximately 1.5 months in an on-site internship in the slums of Mumbai. My role involved tutoring and networking with children from economically weaker sections of society, understanding their concerns regarding careers and education, and helping them identify the right opportunities. Along with CRY Foundation, we organized campaigns on the importance of girls' education and arranged various sports and co-curricular activities for the students in the slums.
