I have led end-to-end recruitment processes on a global scale, managing roles across LATAM, Europe, and Asia, from job intake through onboarding. I design and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business needs, partnering closely with Hiring Managers to strengthen decision-making and improve overall hiring quality. As Chief People Officer at Educuras, I have led the foundation of the Human Resources department from the ground up, designing people-centered policies and structures aligned with the organization’s purpose while ensuring full compliance with Colombian labor regulations. My role includes implementing formal processes for permanent hiring and social security enrollment, as well as developing and standardizing HR and legal procedures that support compliant, effective operations between California and Colombia within a remote and multicultural work environment.

I employ innovative recruitment strategies, ranging from proactive sourcing to comprehensive candidate assessment. My analytical approach allows me to understand the unique requirements of each position and pinpoint the ideal candidate. I collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless alignment between skills and company culture.

As the founder of the Human Resources Department at Biofarm Factory, I led the creation of people-centered structures that supported organizational growth and international operations. I oversaw the Occupational Safety and Health Management System, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading psychosocial risk assessments, and promoting a strong culture of safety, prevention, and wellbeing.

During my academic internship at the Diocese of Rionegro, I applied organizational and clinical psychology principles in a real-world setting, working closely with individuals and families in need of emotional support. I conducted psychological assessments using interviews and psychometric tools, designed individualized intervention plans, and provided individual and family guidance, including support for people facing chronic illnesses. I also participated in volunteer selection and training processes.

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Universidad Católica Luis Amigó: During my academic journey, I gained a solid foundation in general psychology, as well as specialized knowledge in organizational psychology. I actively participated in research projects on motivation and job satisfaction, which sparked my passion for improving people's quality of life in the workplace.

Continued learning is a priority for me, that is why I have obtained advanced-level certification in English from the prestigious Elsis School in Melbourne, Australia.

I have also enhanced my English communication skills through courses at the Colombo Americano Center in Medellin, Colombia: My commitment to organizational psychology led me to pursue specialized courses in areas such as business coaching and remote psychological first aid, expanding my knowledge and skills to better serve my clients.
