Formerly Pall Life Sciences, I worked at Cytiva - a Danaher operating company of more than 16 000 people across 40 countries. With a strong passion for life sciences, I am driven to bring transformative health to patients through researchers, hospitals, and the pharmaceutical partners of Cytiva.

While at Pall Biotech (a Danaher operating company) I developed IQ, OQ, and PQ validation protocols for commissioning of single use system products in ISO 7 cleanrooms. Devised Validation Master Protocol for a global expansion project of 6 Automated Assembly Machines for 3 manufacturing sites. Oversaw the Factory Acceptance Test and Site Acceptance Test of the automated assembly machines at international supplier. Aligned change control process for the startup of a new GMP complaint manufacturing facility with global procedure. Led a cross-functional team in creating 28 Failure Mode Effective Analysis reports for machinery and processes. Managed a project team to transfer a multimillion dollar a year product line from an overseas manufacturing site to our US based site.

Led a team of 11 operators on a multi-class gas turbine fuel nozzle repair lean line. I worked on creating methods and standard work procedures for a continuously evolving lean line. I also analyzed and presented production costs, job hours, and Takt attainment to the Plant Manager each month. Through the introduction of kaizen and lean processes our team reduced backlog by 62% in one year. I provided technical support when manufacturing equipment was down or malfunctioning. Collaborated with vendors on quality assurance measures and updated fuel nozzle employee training profiles in preparation for ISO certification.

I worked on a team consisting of a Senior Engineer and Engineering Manager. This team was tasked with finding reasons why an outsourced contract project for an automated assembly machine was 1 year behind schedule and $1,000,000 over budget. I performed quality assurance studies on the current manual process of assembling parts. Through this study, I found that 30% of all parts manually assembled did not match the tolerances in the company's engineering drawings. This resulted in the robotic assembly machine malfunctioning due to the lack of precision. I assisted in implementing a new operating procedure to ensure the manually assembled parts were within tolerance and uniform. I worked with operators to fulfill and ship short notice work orders for prototype parts. At the conclusion of my internship, I presented the team findings of issues and observations of the robotic assembly machine to Upper Management.

I worked at the Augusta National Golf Course during the 2015 and 2016 Master's Tournament. I was accountable for managing the inventory and transport of concession items for the main concessions stands.
