* Coordinating RMAs for the EMEA region * Communicate and prioritize shipments with internal stakeholders. * Employ CAD (STRUCAD) software to draw steel frame structures * Navisworks (AUTODESK) to share and plan various projects. * Prepare general, detail and workshop drawings * Microsoft office suite to integrate, analyze, share and plan various projects with clients * Train, assist and provide support to junior employees to use essential CAD software * Collect all the information and data required to create an estimate for the clients. * Identifying the customer's needs. * Dealing with a diverse range of clients and colleagues * Liaising with customers, Engineers, Architects and site workers to answer and resolve their queries * Attending various meetings to discuss current projects and procedures * Site visits to Norway to represent the company and manage ongoing projects
