Project Manager for the installation of four new, and subsequent removal of six existing, subsea cables in Tjeldsundet, northern Norway, on behalf of Statnett SF. Structured the Project Team such that the Client's comprehensive administrative requirements were met. Successful installation occurred from the Nautilus Maxi in August/September 2015.

Tasks included maintaining all chart data for use offshore, compiling, collating and QCing data for reports that were ultimately written and produced by myself. Client interfacing and internal project support. Active cooperation in the efficient running of the Fugro Survey AS survey department.

Project Manager with responsibility for the efficient planning, execution and close-out of projects at Reef Subsea. Reef Susbea have also been known as Reef Subsea Integrated Projects (RSIP) / Reef Subsea Norway (RSN), and Technocean Subsea AS. Tasks on a project basis included overall responsibility for project planning, financial reporting to upper management, day-to-day onshore/offshore operational support, client interfacing and QCing of documentation. Tasks within the company also included tendering, public speaking and attendance at conferences and, during the early phase of Technocean's development from a third-party staffing contractor to a third-tier construction operator, I also functioned as Survey Responsible.

Contributed to all aspects of the department’s operations. Tasks included tendering, budgeting for department operations, equipment purchasing, testing, tracking, logistics & QC. Heavily involved in recruitment of personnel, department staff scheduling, training & further development. Presented papers on behalf of company, attended conferences, reporting to management, vessel mobilisations and Project Management. The department provided support to all Offshore Construction and Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) operations. This included the Statoil Survey Frame Agreement using multibeam, sidescan sonar, sub-bottom profiling and magnetometer survey equipment, cable and pipelay support (touch-down monitoring), and structure installations. Every aspect of offshore & nearshore survey and offshore construction was supported.

Project Manager working when required to ensure all projects are executed efficiently, within budget and on-time. This is especially pertinent for small-scale, lump-sum projects characteristic within this field where many tasks are required of very few individuals. Efficient planning and execution is paramount. Tasks include tendering support and, upon a successful bid, overall project planning, client and subcontractor interfacing, procedure and final deliverables reporting, contract compliance, offshore representation and support, QHSE responsible and financial reporting to the General Manager.
