• Key role in the management of Business Unit 2D WEST (ceramic tiles), • Creating a long-term strategy for the business unit, • Planning development and strategic investments, • Medium-term Management of the area through coordination of the S&OP process, • Established inventory targets, stock level, risk mitigation targets, • Managed flexibility strategy to optimize inventory.

• Project: implementation of the Group's standards for production planning and inventory management as part of an effective Supply Chain at production sites in Russia (Fryanovo, Kuchino, Syzran) and Ukraine (Nowohrad-Wołynśkyj/Zwiahel) in all categories, • Temporary stay in Russia (Moscow).

• Production planning from the MPS and DRP level for the ceramic tile category in the Group's production plants in Poland (Walbrzych, Opoczno) and Ukraine (Nowohrad-Wołynśkyj/Zwiahel), • Creation of production budgets at the level of all the Group's plants in the assigned product category, • Creation of reports and participation in meetings within the S&OP process, • Responsibility for ensuring the availability of products measured according to the OTIF report and the level of Working Capital.

• Ensuring the availability of ceramic tiles and decorations through production planning and purchasing from external suppliers, • Allocation of production between the company's factories, • Participation in the shaping of the sales offer, preparation of promotional and sales actions.

• Comprehensive handling of business partner orders, • Order processing status, setting delivery dates, information about ongoing sales campaigns, • Iinformation about new products.
