1. Commodity Purchasing Strategy Implement Cooper industries purchasing strategy, make commodity strategy according to China situation. Strategic supplier base selection & building according to performance on delivery, quality, price and service. Raw material sourcing localization/material price trend forecast and adjust Strategic supplier’s performance continuous improvement and Non-performance suppliers’ consolidation Project investigation and local sourcing possibility analysis Drive cost down annually 2. Project purchasing Lead cross functional team on mechanical, plastic injection, rubber project sourcing in Asia or China, for inquiry, price analysis, supplier selection, audit, e-auction, award, tooling build-up, sample approval, pilot run, mass production. Sourcing products are fabrication, stamping, all kinds of casting, rubber, injection plastic, etc. 3. Supplier development Develop new suppliers for improvement supplier base Work with SQE to audit supplier and sign MSA, train supplier for Cooper policy 4. Support Team member training Annual purchasing budget edit Support all metallic parts on cost analysis, plating and other technologies. Train SDE on RFx setting up and E-auction, and award to suppliers. Conference call with USA colleague to solve the project difficulty and track projects schedule. Work with SQE on quality issue and customs complain Work with logistic on order delivery and shipping Support local factory on Lead packing material suppliers’ consolidation for l, familiar all kinds of packing materials and suppliers like wooden case, carton, and pallet

1. Place PO, PO follow-up, quality complaint, payment, work with logistic department, financial department. 2. Responsible for MRO purchasing, new production and testing equipments and tools etc. including business terms negotiation and contract law evaluation. 3. New parts sourcing in China, developing new suppliers, evaluating suppliers’ capability, especially quality, equipment and technique capability, negotiate with qualified supplier about commercial terms and sign purchasing contract. 4. Supplier management including OTD, payment, quality complaint and cost annul reduction. 5. Main suppliers audit annually and performance evaluation, improve supplier performance continuously. 6. Staff performance evaluation, instruction and encouragement 7. KPI set up for staff and performance review and evaluation

Main jobs as following Sourcing suppliers and coordinating customer, negotiating all items of projects (price, payment terms, delivery, technology, quality control), preparing payment file. Supplier evaluation Suppliers technique support, and making sure suppliers improving continuously. Cost calculation, controlling cost, preparing for new product. Jigs、tool and mould purchasing. Standard parts including bolt, screw, washer, spring and so on.
