Support approximately 100 live events internally at headquarters. Work with stakeholders for these events and the internal global IT teams to monitor and analyze the events. Building productivity communication across M365 and working with global product owners. In December 2025 I was approved to either renew my MCT or sign up for the MCT Alumni. Since I’m no longer actively training and I can always sign up as a trainer in the future, MCT Alumni status makes a lot of sense for me at the moment!

In July we participated in TeChicago at Navy Pier and will have an August event that will be announced shortly!

In February 2019 I agreed to start a local chapter of the Microsoft Alumni to spread the news about this benefit even after you worked for Microsoft and allow former employees to network and stay in touch. We never kicked things off because I returned as a FTE. I'm excited to kick things off this January virtually! I’ve started a Tik Tok channel and received LIVE access. I started promoting the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador program there because this is the perfect time of year to have that discussion. Please subscribe and share the word about the channel!

Wrote a book about 365 suggestions on what to post on LinkedIn. This began as an idea I shared with a couple MCT (Microsoft Certified Trainers) and a fellow Microsoft MVP (Most Valuable Professional) last March in Seattle. I know have a digital version of the book available!

Having fun with the Microsoft Speakers Hub and bringing community members together for memorable events! Responsible for monthly newsletter, Journey To The Cloud Show and onboarding activities. We have been running online live events weekly and monthly. The community is now almost 2,700 followers!

Applied for the LinkedIn Creator Accelerator program to share what a Technology Evangelist is and how it differs from (and what it might have in common with): Presales Technical Professional Solution Sales Specialist Marketing Product Owner Technical Trainer Learning and Development Specialist Functional Training Technical Writer Solutions Architect …and several other more common titles in IT.

As a facilitator for the #IAmRemarkable workshop, I am able to facilitate both in person and virtual sessions of this program. I will be partnering with others to facilitate these sessions for non profit groups, tech companies, service organizations and commercial organizations as well.

Helped Frank (the founder) with the Azure and AI Show and sometimes cohost and produce the show weekly. This year (2026) marks our third year of running this showcase of the tech community!!!

I was awarded the MVP in February 2022 for my contributions in Microsoft Teams. In July 2024 I became a dual MVP in the Teams and Copilot technology areas. This journey has included nominating several others and contributing to projects and communities worldwide. One of my focuses is the inclusivity of my community which has young and old, people from all different backgrounds, ethnicities, speaking several different languages and identifying in different ways.
