We founded this startup because we find the traditional recruitment business is far from fair for both businesses and candidates! Businesses are paying way to much for services and candidates are formed into a job profile and therefore don’t have the opportunity to be their true selves. Our software will change the way we look at recruitment and make the whole process more fun, fair, effective, and in doing so, even cheaper!

With +- 100 attorneys and civil-law notaries, Kennedy Van der Laan has been a top 20 law firm in the Netherlands for years now. At Kennedy Van der Laan I was a member of the Pitchdesk, in this role I was responsible for coordinating the pitch processes, writing content for pitch/acquisition presentations, advising on pitch/acquisition strategies and account management. Besides my business development activities, I loved designing new marketing materials and visualising workflows and processes.
