Sea Naval Solutions, a consortium of 4 professional companies, Engine Deck Repair - Thales Belgium - Chantier d'Atlantique & Socarenam, was specifically established in 2018 with the purpose of offering the best suited local solution to the Belgian-Dutch Navy MCM-project. The consortium was dissolved after the authorities' decision not to opt for a Belgian solution.

As a member of the Board of Directors at Antwerp Dry Docks NV, I played a pivotal role in the company's transformation from a bankrupt shipyard to a thriving entity. My contributions were instrumental in the successful merger with Engine Deck Repair NV, which significantly enhanced our operational capabilities and market presence. This strategic alignment culminated in the rebranding to EDR Antwerp Shipyard, reflecting our commitment to excellence in ship repair and maintenance.

Responsible for the operational IT network, for 8 different locations in three different countries. Management of antivirus -, e-mail - and database servers. Change to Microsoft Active Directory (exchange and network). User support for common used applications.

In this function I was responsible for: Personnel Procurement Operational and financial reporting to management and shareholder Startup of a new container depot in the port of Le Havre - France.

My tasks mainly concerned the management of the account data, the financial orders and the organization of the quarterly meetings.

Repair of sea-going vessels, as well during navigation as in dry dock or lay-by berth. Setup of a new repair workshop in the Port of Antwerp Setup and organize a logistic spare part center.
