I have been working in the construction industry for 20 years. During this time i have become experienced in project scheduling and management including subcontractor coordination and logistics management of construction projects. I am skilled in negotiation, team building, and problem solving. I love working in a team environment and I am flexible to the needs of that team. I am self motivated and work well with others alike. Some of my other skills include; welding, heavy equipment operation, and mechanic work. I love to troubleshoot problems and fix things. I was raised in a working environment from a young age and this taught me many life skills that prove very useful in the construction business and also everyday life. I was taught that “doing what it takes” is the only way to achieve goals successfully. I have the motivation to be successful and the skills to back it up.
