As the Chief Financial Officer at Neo Mechanics Limited, a start-up company that develops and manufactures innovative robotic solutions, I leverage my 15+ years of experience in corporate finance, management accounting, and IPO advisory to create value and growth for the company and its stakeholders. I am a Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA) and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in both Canada and the United States, with a strong knowledge of SEC regulations and public companies listing rules. My core competencies include establishing and directing internal control procedures and policies, developing and managing financial and operational metrics and reports, leading and partnering with external and internal parties to execute strategic initiatives and projects, and providing entrepreneurial and strategic leadership to cross-functional teams. Some of my recent achievements include championing the partnership with a new 3rd party logistic company to ensure e-commerce fulfilment during the COVID slowdown, and launching a new business line of personal protective products in response to the market demand.
