Working across the Retail Digital directorate, and with key partners, to enable teams to find more effective ways of working using Agile and Kanban values, practices, and metrics. Introduced and implemented work tracking and planning using Microsoft VSTS Agile Tools to enable end-to-end collaboration from business idea to delivery, incorporating explicit upstream discovery, analysis and selection, and downstream delivery and assurance work. I guided product owners and analysts in the use of Impact Mapping and User Story Mapping for shared understanding of value and to agree iterative delivery options.

As a Product Owner I worked with delivery partners and users to understand product usage and capability gaps. With our development teams in the UK and Ukraine I worked to break down and sequence feature delivery to maximize early delivery of value, validate decisions and re-plan as needed. Within our Agile software development process I paired with, coached and mentored other team members. With a focus on our development process I led and facilitated activities including requirements analysis, user experience, software development, documentation, and QA. Assisted with 1st to 3rd line product support.

Working in DevOps to help to deliver new value to customers every week. As a full time Scrum Master I worked with developers and testers in feature teams to focus attention on sustainable and improving delivery processes. I worked with the feature teams to help them enhance their collaboration with the wider business, and helped the business stakeholders understand how they can support the delivery teams and better predict when new functionality can be delivered. I worked within the NewVoiceMedia Agile Community of Practice to enhance the understanding and practice of Lean and Agile ways of working throughout the company, sharing ideas through coaching, mentoring, and workshop-style training.
