As the Arizona Site Aviation and Drone Operations Lead (SADOL), I am responsible for the safety of all drone operations at both Intel Arizona campuses. This includes ensuring pilots are certified, drones are properly registered, and compliance with all FAA and Intel aviation regulations. I also perform regular flights across both campuses for mapping and construction updates.

Program Manager for the Intel Drone Light Shows program and was then heavily involved in asset transfer during its divestiture. I transitioned to a Program Management role in Incubation and Disruptive Innovation Group where I helped nurture and grow multiple ventures into viable businesses.

Helped design, qualify, manufacture and sustain a wide range of products including microprocessors, set-top boxes, wearable devices, cell phones/tablets, maker boards, commercial drones, and light-show drones. Was a team leader and co-managed a boards and systems engineering team where we standardized product qualification methodologies. Other skills include significant program management experience and the chief pilot and trainer for commercial drones.

Managed a team who developed, qualified, and maintained 50+ reliability stress lab tools for semiconductor and board-level product qualification to Intel, JEDEC or MIL-STD standards. Tasks included supplier selection, tool qualification, and documentation and training for operations and maintenance. Drove software improvements with equipment vendors to improve hardware stability, uptime, data accuracy and data reporting capabilities.

Quality and Reliability Engineer for product qualification and sustaining of various PCIe cards, reference boards, bare die sales and embedded modules. Interfaced with test, manufacturing, design, marketing, procurement and external test facilities in adherence with the Intel Product Life Cycle.

Developed, qualified, and transferred the wafer mount and wafer dicing processes to high-volume manufacturing. This included equipment selection, qualification, and authoring procurement, operations, and preventive maintenance specifications.
