In this critical leadership role, we provide guidance on process development to enhance fraud monitoring and dispute resolution strategies. We oversee a highly motivated team of fraud investigators to provide solutions on fraud recoveries via legal representments with partners banks and deploy initiatives to put friction against bad actors via deep dive research of fraud patterns.

The primary focus in this critical leadership role is to build and manage high performing and highly engaged teams. This is achieved through coaching and providing guidance on career development, Remitly cultural values, and individual and team performance, as well as overseeing the team’s daily activities.
