Conducted two major studies: - Reviewed and evaluated student evaluation practices and their alignment with AACSB requirements. This study included the development of tools to improve the evaluation of TRSM Learning Goals in key courses and to aggregate section data to provide easily accessible results. - Determined the feasibility of assigning Teaching Assistant/Graduate Assistant hours to courses based on both the course load and pedagogy from learning and budgeting perspectives. The results of this study are the property of Ryerson University.

Major renovation project: - Managed Contractors, their time lines and quality of work. - Prepared budgets and project schedules and ensured completion of projects within targets. - Ensured that contractors exercised proper Health and Safety practices. - Hosted weekly site meetings with relevant parties and prepared meeting minutes. Managed maintenance and upgrades for group properties. Reviewed and renewed licence agreements and licence fees for tenanted properties.

Accounting: - Maintained the Fixed Asset register. - Reconciled bank, insurance, and receivable accounts. - Prepared VAT and Corporate Tax payments. - Prepared and posted journals for salaries, bank charges, and miscellaneous items. Finance: - Evaluated requirements, feasibility and profitability of importing automotive and marine batteries from Europe, India, and China. Information Technology: - Updated company website format and content. - Designed and implemented an electronic filing system and data storage formats and procedures to improve workflow efficiency. - Designed, developed, and implemented databases to replace receipt, claims, and petty cash books to encourage paper reduction and increase efficiency of evaluation. - Salvaged, rebuilt, and reformatted old company computers to prepare for sale. Advertising: - Designed and prepared company advertisements for the yellow pages. - Designed and prepared graphic samples for billboards, company vehicles, and sponsored vehicles (powerboats and rally cars) for a new line of lubricants.

Coordinated social, academic, and developmental programs and facilitated health and safety inspections and procedures. Mediated peer conflict and crisis between graduate and undergraduate students.
