Ouson Group is a property development and asset management group with over $2B of assets under development and management. As General Manager I was responsible for Finance, Project Funding Development, Leasing and Asset Management. We also operated a funds management arm under an AFSL.

BPM is a property development and construction company operating along the Australian Eastern Seaboard and the United States. We have over 1,500 apartments under development and construction. We are a company the prides ourselves on delivering distinguished quality and designed apartments.

Provided consulting and contracting services for various private and ASX listed companies which included financial management, raising capital, statutory accounts preparation and the implementation of an IT financial system.

While working with Oliver Hume I was maintaining financial governance; IT platforms; human resources, systems and disciplines; and providing high quality, proactive and commercially insightful analysis. A trusted partner of the CEO, Executive Directors and the Board to provide strategic advice and solutions to ensure the company meets financial and commercial objectives. Critical to the role was developing a vision for superior service in finance, IT, HR and Sales Administration and driving the performance of the staff. This involved driving automation and creating efficiencies in back office processes.

My role with Molopo Australia Ltd and ASX listed Oil & Gas company was split between company secretarial/statutory reporting and corporate/commercial activities including capital raising, sale of non-core assets within their mining portfolio in China and Queensland and investment in gas fired electricity project.

With OAMPS an ASX listed financial services business I streamlined the financial reporting, managed various stakeholders across the 3 business units, merged 6 business acquisitions into the organisation and developed the reporting integration from OAMPS to Wesfarmers corporate head office

Whilst working as Group Financial Controller at JDSU/Acterna as US listed multinational company I was responsible for Asia Pacific region reporting for 7 countries back to the US headquarters, established the transfer pricing regime for the region and improved the order management process of importing telecommunications equipment from Europe and the USA and developing a robust project accounting program to assess profitability of each project. I was a Director of the Australian operating entities.

At WealthPoint Ltd a listed ASX company I was appointed pre IPO to Chief Financial Officer role. The company grew from 25 staff to over 200 staff by acquisition of 5 companies. As a listed company I was responsible for the financial management, statutory reporting and ASX compliance requirements. I was required to integrate the acquired business operations to deliver a uniform business platform from 5 distinctly different business units.
