Promoted to assume greater financial responsibility for Global Operations • Responsible for monthly reporting of all global financial results and presenting results to AAMP leaders and our investment group. • Worked closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to achieve maximum results with minimal resources. • Created annual budgets for net income and updated full year EBITDA forecasts each month. • Managed company cash flow and forecasted future cash flow and financing requirements. • Participated in annual strategic growth plan meetings to map out future growth opportunities. • Accomplishments include integrating Finance functions of Rosen Electronics, restructuring sales commissions to create better salesman accountability, gaining a better understanding of the market with quarterly visits to various customers, creating a system for tracking Product Development time to maximize capitalization, and assisting in creation of Management Presentation to market the company to new investors.

Received a promotion and added responsibility for Operations functions. • Responsible for all monthly financial reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and all supporting schedules. Reduced the number of days required for each monthly close from 7 days down to 3 days. • Coordinated the annual financial audit and was responsible for all auditor communications and deliverance of all financial documents. • Responsible for most Supply Chain functions, including Purchasing, Logistics, Returns, and Finished Goods Assembly. Accomplishments include increasing inventory turns from 3 to 4 per year, reducing air Freight and transfer freight, negotiating lower ocean freight rates, and creating a central warehouse to reduce ground freight costs. Overall freight costs were reduced from 6% of inventory cost down to 4% of inventory cost. • Set, maintained, and controlled pricing for all products and customers. Successfully worked with Sales and Product Development to create sheet pricing and a discount structure to maximize gross profit dollars. • Successfully integrated Finance, Accounting, and Supply Chain functions for four new corporate acquisitions.

Hired to create and manage the Finance Department for a company poised for extreme growth. • Recruited and developed a Finance team to be responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and credit and collections. • Integrated the Accounting functions of Pacific Accessory Corp. • Promoted to run the Human Resources and Customer Service functions of the company. • Accomplishments include integrating the Accounting functions of Pacific Accessory Corp, creating procedural documentation for all Finance functions, creating a new time tracking and attendance tracking system, getting trained on all Human Resources compliance laws, and reducing delinquent accounts receivable balance from 7% to under 2% of total A/R.

Began as Senior Accountant and promoted to Accounting Manager after two years • Prepared and analyzed monthly corporate flash, including detailed schedules of income and expenses, variance explanations, and income tax schedules. Automated monthly reporting procedures to reduce time to prepare monthly reporting package. Made monthly presentations to Corporate Finance department to discuss monthly, quarterly, and annual results. • Prepared and analyzed quarterly statements of shareholder’s equity, and monthly schedules exhibiting restricted stock awards, stock option activity, and common share activity. Presented monthly reports to the Corporate Secretary. • Assisted in creation of annual financial statement footnotes related to common stock activity and employee stock plans. Worked closely with the audit team to publish audited financial report and audit statement. • Prepared and analyzed American Express Tower Accounting Package, including monthly balance sheet, income statement, cash disbursement statement, and annual budget for all building assets and expenses.
