My name is Steven Svestka & we’re all Perfectly Bent. I’m a U.S. Marine veteran and former police officer with firsthand experience facing some of life’s toughest battles—both on the front lines and within myself. I’ve confronted trauma head-on and, through my journey of faith in Christ and the transformative power of trauma therapy, I’ve found healing, resilience, and renewed purpose. Today, I’m passionate about sharing my story to inspire and equip others—whether they’re fighting their own battles or standing alongside those who are. My mission is to bring hope, strength, and practical tools for healing to those who need it most. • Enterprise physical security executive for a multi-state humanitarian organization. • Oversees all safety and physical security for 14 buildings in two states with direct oversight of four direct reports and over 200 indirect reports. • Manages a CapEX budget of $750K and an OpEX budget of $1.3M. • Built a Security Operations Center (SOC) from the ground up using proprietary personnel, estimated at $200K total spend. • Executed an RFP for a guard force management contract estimated at $250K total spend. • Conducts security assessments and surveys on all physical sites.

• Executive leader for an internationally recognized security consulting firm, servicing healthcare, law enforcement, corporate, school, and faith-based organizations. • Oversaw 25 direct reports and over 250 indirect reports while managing an OpEX budget of $500K annually. • Increased annual revenue through diligent and precise business development. • Direct multiple project teams of 30-250 security professionals simultaneously. • Led numerous client-facing projects for physical security technology, systems, procedures, investigations, and training. • Managed client engagement for high-risk terminations, workplace violence, active shooter, and other consulting solutions. • Responsible for maintenance of weekly operating schedules and payroll for all proprietary and contract personnel. • Delivered numerous executive presentations to company and client leadership.

• Served in various law enforcement agencies during this time period. • Conducted high-risk operations in crisis events including counterterrorism, security breaches, and global investigations. • Served as a federal task force officer with the United States Marshal's Service • Led and participated in multiple executive protection details including close protection, defensive driving, and advance work. • Oversaw Technical Surveillance Counter Measures (TSCM) during all operations • Conducted numerous criminal investigations into all types of criminal offenses.

• Embedded with the US Military in Afghanistan to instruct Afghani law enforcement personnel in tactics and investigative training. • Led and facilitated numerous executive protection details for high-ranking US military commanders and other dignitaries.

• Owned and operated a business that sold and conducted training on all desktop applications and technical certifications. • Managed and developed 30 direct reports. • Grossed over $1M in sales the first 12 months. • Voted the 2002 High Tech Leader of the Year by the Governor of Hawaii.

• Handled over 150 top tier accounts in Commercial, Federal government and Education. • Recognized as one of the top two Area Sales Managers in sales and margin.
