OC RPOU(W) Det Shilo Supports the achievement of RPOU(W) targets and goals by correcting real property deficiencies through deliberate demand management, establishing and conducting preventative and corrective maintenance programs, and modernizing assets through capital upgrade projects. Provides leadership for the detachment resources and programs in an effort to provide right-fit, right-sized, and relevant real property for detachment clients. Perform rigorous, efficient and ongoing management of resources to ensure project and program activities are delivered according to RPOU(W) HQ and RPOG standards and goals. Develop and control budgets. Provide stakeholder management with timely, accurate and up-to-date information, advice and guidance regarding Facilities Maintenance and Project Implementation. Perform rigorous, efficient and ongoing reviews of Detachment portfolio energy usage. Coordinate with subject matter experts on employing innovation and critical thinking to reach Greening Government Strategy targets.
