IX Technology is a professional service provider for Data Centres on Mechanical & Electrical Infrastructure systems. We started off as a one-man operation in 2004, providing project management services on mechanical and electrical systems for the IT Data Centre Industry. With our growth over the years, we have extended our product & services to DC Infrastructure design solutions, project management with build capabilities, preventive maintenance servicing and facility management. We work consciously in the spirit of excellence to provide best- practiced solutions and customer- oriented services to our clients to ensure their business continuity and operation uptime. In IX Technology, we advocate team cohesiveness among departments to ensure seamless operations transfer from design to projects teams, then to preventive maintenance support groups after projects completion. We also constantly work with our maintenance contract clients on enhancement programs via audit analysis and recommend new equipment upgrades when the need arises. Our preventive maintenance cover periodic servicing including checks on equipment operating parameters with factory recommendations. As part of our proactive approaches on maintenance, we are trained and equipped with in-house thermal scanning and UPS battery analyzer. In our pursuit for readiness towards operation uptime, we have portable aircon units, recon 3kva UPS and recon 3 ph UPS, up to 40kva, to support our servicing contract clients when required. Being a Value Added Distributor (VAD) for Emerson, we do also keep stock of Emerson UPS, model NXc series, between 10 - 40kva. We are appointed by Emerson as their service partner for UPS NXc Series. Our engineers are trained in testing and commissioning, trouble shooting and parts replacements.
