Taught the Microsoft Office suite collection of desktop applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Access and Computer literacy classes in English and Spanish offered by the Jefferson Community & Technical College (JCTC) & Louisville Free Public Library (LFPL) partnership. Managed LFPL’s state-of-the-art computer labs & equipment, and logged, and reported any computer damages. Assisted library patrons use LFPL internet and computers, and aided library patrons find resources using library materials. Instructed patrons with limited English proficiency using English-to-Spanish translation skills to train Spanish speaking patrons throughout the surrounding Spanish speaking community utilizing library resources.
