For example, (1) Having represented an international car-sharing online platform venture company in administrative lawsuit proceedings against regulator’s massive penalties. In addition, having advised on regulatory matters for such online platforms based on its technologies for legalizing its business model in Taiwan. (2) Having represented many famous Japanese companies issuing warning letters, and represented them in criminal or civil lawsuit proceedings against defendants who had infringed their copyrights or trademarks. (3) Having represented international clients in investigation of Taiwan’s Fair Trade Commission and successfully persuaded the TFTC to conclude the investigation with favorable ruling.
