About

Driven to create a meaningful positive impact through scalable operations, program implementation, and project management. Currently seeking new opportunities remotely and in Charlotte, NC!I spent 8 years climbing the ranks of Brooklyn Game Lab until I became Managing Director, heading the company and overseeing all aspects of the business’s operations with five locations, hundreds of employees, thousands of participants, and millions in annual revenue. I directly supervised all department heads and managers, spearheaded sales operations, revamped our employee training & onboarding processes, and created lifelong memories for the kids who attended. Before that, I graduated Barrett, the Honors College at ASU on the Flinn Scholarship – a prestigious full-ride awarded to only 20 recipients out of over 1,000 applicants – and cut my teeth as assistant to New York Times Bestselling author Jewell Parker Rhodes. I managed her diverse professional schedule/contacts, rebuilt her website from the ground up, and conducted in-depth research to inform her novels, including pivotal material that shaped her groundbreaking NYT Bestselling book Ghost Boys. Now, I’m ready to bring my skills to new horizons. I offer a diverse profile of expertise including team & project management, sales, HR, customer service, graphic design, copywriting, program development, and more. I’m a self-starter, a creative thinker, and a natural leader.Ready to take your operations to the next level? Reach out and we’ll get started!
