Years ago, I was starting over completely — no license, no car, no money. I’d just come out of jail, and I was living at home with my dad, trying to get my life back on track. It was a tough season. But with God’s help — and a lot of work — I took one step at a time and rebuilt. A woman helped me get a sales job at a newspaper. That role changed everything. I found out I had a gift for selling — especially to small businesses. That job gave me the confidence to move forward, take care of my family, and eventually start a business of my own. Now, with BMS Recruiting Pros, I’m doing work that matters — helping companies grow, helping people find careers that fit, and doing it all in a way that honors the values I live by.
