* Creating documentation, accessing and approving changes on the live platform, and analysing knowledge gaps within the ever expanding world of OTT. * Identifying monitoring and support gaps, and working with project managers to on-board new propositions, ensuring we offer customers the best experience possible. * Understanding business requirements, expectations, vision and culture of continuous improvement. * Delivery and integration of multiple projects to production and live support within the OTT Service Centre including; Atlas (Spain), NowTV ROI, SkyGo ROI, Atom, PCMS, Sky Kids (PCMS), Headend 5.6, On Prime, Q/Go and am currently involved on upcoming projects. * High level understanding of the OTT VOD workflow across the propositions and work-stream’s, along with the linear infrastructure. * Organising and running training sessions for new propositions and platforms for existing OTT Analysts. * Providing reporting for incidents based on detailed investigation & root-cause analysis and engaging investigations with CDN vendors and other departments.

* Managing VOD and Digital platforms, investigating incidents & escalations, whilst maintaining DR systems in the DR Site. * Ensuring any incidents / planned work or procedural changes are made as efficiently minimalising customers impact. Monitor, control and operate the facilities and services on the platform. * Overseeing high profile projects like the London Olympics, Sky Q and Adsmart project. * Making continual efforts to develop, implement and analyse the operating processes and procedures within our job ensuring that optimum service is being delivered. * Diagnosing problems and issues generating reports and tickets stating the problem and the steps taken to resolve the issue, whilst also in many cases escalating to the relevant technical/support departments.

* Responsibilities Included: * HD CAM SR & Digi Betacam tape ingesting to server via Omnibus and Ardome MAM using Flexi-carts and standalone VTs. * Ingesting to, and support of TX servers database/s. * Substitution ingest at request of Transmission, applied knowledge of Harris Ingest Automation Systems. * Play tapes to air from VT, and performing VT maintenance.

* The SI Dev Lead team facilitate the smooth transition of new requirements and improvements into the BAU operational workflow for Sky’s OTT services across the UK & Europe. They provide key metrics and reporting to help support the business in tracking the performance and availability of OTT Sky products throughout their lifecycle. * Maintain effective understanding of existing and new Platforms & Services across the international Group Platform. * Effective delivery of Operational Readiness and improvements into Operational Teams. * Facilitate the safe implementation of DTH & OTT changes. * The robust Problem Management of Open Problem Tasks. * The effective management of Internal & External Stakeholders and Communication. * Engagement with Design and Project Teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
