Steven Harland is a senior advisor working in the areas of Defence and National Security, specializing in intelligence. He has worked on Future Conflict, Network Centric Warfare and intelligence fusion. His current interest is the Information Environment and concepts of Information Advantage, including the nexus between intelligence, CEMA and information operations. Steven has a first degree in Psychology and an M.Phil(Cantab) in the History and Philosophy of Science. He is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a member of the Royal United Services Institute for Defence Studies and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
