I manage end-to-end procurement and supply chain activities, working closely with production engineers to assess purchasing requirements, issue RFQs and POs, and monitor supplier performance. I act as the first point of contact for supplier technical inquiries, while also maintaining and optimizing stock levels to ensure smooth production flow. Building and sustaining strong supplier relationships is a key part of my work, alongside evaluating new vendors to strengthen the supply base. Beyond procurement, I provide hands-on support in stores and operations, from processing goods inwards and outwards to inspecting components, managing stock control systems, and performing cycle counts. I also contribute to production support through occasional sub-assembly builds, kitting, and quality audits. My responsibilities extend to administrative and operational tasks such as BOM setup, CIM50 implementation, domestic shipping, and asset register management. This diverse scope has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in procurement, inventory control, supplier management, and production support, ensuring efficiency and reliability across the business.

Tasked with keeping the everyday operations of the Good-in and Goods-out area of the business in a healthy manner, liaising with other departments to ensure Sales orders are processed and sent out within the agreed timeframe. Taking in deliveries from suppliers, subcontractors, and customers, checking for damage and booking onto the system, and/or reporting to the relevant team. Building relationships with supplier and using MRP systems to create and dispatch purchase orders. Using the company manufacturing software to issue stock and complete work orders to the manufacturing teams. On top of the regular duties I have put my self forward for carrying out interval audits for iso:9001 and iso:14001. Assisting the admin team in times of staff shortages, and dealing with Domestic shipping. Responsibilities / Achievements:  Renewed FLT License.  Obtained PASMA Tower Certification.  Booking in deliveries and raising issues and any discrepancies with the purchasing team and the supplier.  Raising Work orders and issuing stock before completion.  Carrying out daily cycle counts and assisting in a large-scale annual stock audit.  Testing of consumables to ensure they match the desired specification request from the supplier.  Ordering of consumables for the production and shipping departments.  Liaising with the different departments of the business to ensure items are checked in and moved to appropriate locations.  Packing of orders ensuring items are packed in a manner to eliminate damage whilst reducing the cost of shipping.  Ensuring all delivery documentation is stored and logged.  Tasked with the manual handling and exchanging of gas cylinders.  Involved in the calibration records by raising purchase orders and sending items to be calibrated within the correct time frame.  Assisting with the maintaining of the Asset register.  Checking in Units being returned for service and logging any defects with the crate and machine to the relevant team.

Responsible for the distribution of metering assets within the Cambridge and Norwich regions adhering to process and working with local team managers to maintain a high level of compliance for asset tracking. Responsibilities / Achievements: • Allocation of Metering Asset for engineers ensuring a FIFO turnover of assets is implemented within the region; • Ensuring stock levels are maintained at a level which is sustainable yet cost effective; • Communicating and explaining processes to engineers and team managers; • Ensuring returned assets are processed and returned within the designated time frame; • Reporting any anomalies of an asset to the metering division headquarters; • Deputising for regional manager in his absence; • Providing cover for other regions as required; • Inspecting incoming goods for accuracy and damage; • Booking in deliveries onto the inventory tracking system; • Carrying out cycle count activities on a regular basis; • Abide to 6S systems of work;
