I take responsibility for their success on a client, Insurer and internal level. As a multi-track RTA fee earner, I bring a commercial approach to claims seeing a bigger picture than just the damages claimed, advising on indemnity, limitation, cost consequences and reserving risk. I have in recent years spent a year on secondment in the UK's biggest composite insurer, and 6 weeks in their off shore claims handling team (India) delivering training and providing supervision whilst establishing good contacts for the future. I supervise teams and have worked with many of the leading composite insurers and self insureds, surpassing claims managers and fleet managers expectations and providing realistic pragmatic advice. On an operational level, im knowledgable in regard to tenders, MI, client relationships, insurers needs and dealing with volume claims from instruction to conclusion.
