Formerly ITEL, acquired by Nearmap in 2025 Lead developer on an OCR-powered Smart Match system that automated data extraction from thousands of assessment forms daily, cutting manual input and improving accuracy and speed in the order entry process. Designed and implemented cloud-native, event-driven architectures leveraging Azure AI Document Intelligence, Service Bus, GraphQL APIs, and CosmosDB to ensure scalability, flexibility, and seamless system integration. Developed and launched an enterprise Document Management API (CQRS, .NET 8, DDD) serving as the centralized service for multiple production applications, enabling secure document creation, retrieval, and migration from legacy platforms. Built customer-facing portals and APIs for insurance carriers and adjusters to manage assessments, reports, and documents, integrating SQL Server, CosmosDB, GraphQL, and Angular for an optimized user experience. Contributed to new product development, including Flooring Surface Pricing (FSP) and OneClick Code integration, providing insurance adjusters with instant pricing benchmarks and building code data directly within claims workflows.

Delivered a custom Inventory Management System for the Florida Department of Transportation’s Traffic Engineering Research Lab (FDOT TERL), replacing outdated manual tracking with a modern digital solution. Added capabilities such as image capture and barcode generation, streamlining the management of transportation devices under evaluation for the state’s Approved Product List. Developed a real-time Wrong-Way Driver Detection dashboard for Florida Highway Patrol, building an Angular web app integrated with roadway sensors and live mapping. Enabled troopers to quickly visualize and respond to roadway incidents through interactive GIS mapping and live data streaming. Collaborated directly with clients to gather requirements, conduct demos, and incorporate feedback, ensuring solutions met user needs and improved operational efficiency.
