USAF career spanned 26 years with final assignment at HQ AMC as the C-17 Weapon System Manager. In this role I orchestrated the worldwide logistic support plan for the $36B C-17 aircraft acquisition program ensuring the fleet of 120 aircraft remained mission ready. Scope included defining and sourcing the required manpower, training, support equipment, contracted engineering support and facilities for C-17 operations around the world.

Leading efforts to develop the optimum logistic support tool-set for use in future platform deliveries to the USAF customer. Defined toolset provides logistic support across the life-cycle of delivered air vehicles. Scope includes fleet management analytics, on- and off-board maintenance diagnostic aids, Type 1 and Type 2 Technical Orders, and portable maintenance devices supporting point-of-maintenance functionality and remote access to technical data sources. Routinely define system and sub-system functional solutions based on customer requirements and the intended operating environment. Utilize subject matter expertise to create complex architectures, technical roadmaps and software development build plans for inclusion in industry leading requirements management tools. Key focal demonstrating logistic sustaining capabilities to high level Boeing and DoD decision authorities for both next generation military aircraft including proprietary programs. Customer feedback used to refine proposal concepts and product designs.
