I’m Steve Cockram — a trusted confidante and performance coach to elite leaders around the world. As a best-selling author, keynote speaker, and creator of GiANT’s 5 Voices performance system, I’m passionate about helping leaders unlock their potential, amplify their impact, and build cultures of clarity, courage, and purpose. Whether on stage, behind a microphone, in the boardroom, or over a beer in the pub, I bring energy, authenticity, and a deep belief in the power of self-awareness to transform leadership and performance. My journey has taken me from the moors of Yorkshire and the desert of Arizona to the beaches of Pawleys Island, South Carolina, and now Gerrards Cross in West London. I’ve been married to the amazing Helen Cockram for 33 years, and we’re proud parents to three spectacular daughters Izzy, Megan, and Charlie. Away from work, I’m a lover of Test Match cricket, musical theatre, and golf at Harewood Downs, and I treasure long dinners, good friends, and great conversation. I live with the words from Hamilton echoing in my heart: “Who lives, who dies, who tells your story?” It’s a reminder to live with intention to create a story worth telling, and to help others do the same through leadership that multiplies life, energy, and purpose in every sphere.
