I created and ran my own business as a vehicle radio installer while in high school to earn extra income. I offered the unique service of installing new vehicle radios at your home or business. As the owner I managed all aspects of the business, including but not limited to: advertising, client support, and installations.

* Consulted, designed and programmed human resource applications using Lotus Notes 2008 by: * Programming GUI’s and implementing database management * Consulted on database design and work flow * HR web application creation, design, implementation and testing * HR application maintenance and bug fixes

* Designed the layout of components on printed circuit boards and provided engineering support services such as: * Updating GUI’s for production line personal * Maintaining product database information and product logs

* Fulfill current and potential clients printing needs by: * Designing and creating a PHP based web page with MySQL database backbone to provide a dynamic site with company information and samples to reach potential clients. * Creating an maintaining business to business relationships to ensure excellent customer service * Consulting with customers on printing projects

* Designing Product Flow and User Interfaces for production of automobile gauges through: * Programming Graphic User Interfaces for line personal to initiate automated testing * Design of product flow requirements to decrease cost of production through lean manufacturing * Design and implement process and quality improvements to existing processes

* Provide technical EE leadership to drive product development and innovation by designing, prototyping, * troubleshooting, and directing the manufacturing teams through: * Independently develop and refine new products and features and produce EE documentation to a high level * Start to finish product design by: conceptualizing new products, present the concept for approval, produce * board room quality prototypes, scale the product for manufacturability, failure mode analysis, work with * supply chain and manufacturing to deliver the product to market * Strong communication skills to drive new technical applications through China product development team * Product management of outside vendors to deliver projects on target and on time * Management and engineering support of the product through certification agencies (UL, TUV) for EMC

Through my work I was able to take Masters of Electrical Engineering level courses to expand my knowledge base with an emphasis on digital and software design. I took classes ranging from in-depth microcontroller design to AI theory and self learning algorithms.
