During my time with G&K I worked my way up from relief routeman to route specialist. I was twice offered a management positon during my employment but chose not to accept for personal reasons.

I started in the industry with NLS as a relief routeman and then accepted a route. After three years at that postion I accepted a superviser position in the service department. After a few years serving in that position the plant manager offered me a new challange supervising the washroom and receiving department. When I anounced my intention to leave NLS I was offered a chance to be trained for the production manager position opening soon but at that time I had already decided to take another position out of the industry.
