As a high performer, promoted into a developmental/rotational Compensation leadership role supporting 8K employees within a P&L and centralized Operations function. Managed a team of four Compensation professionals and oversaw all aspects of compensation for supported clients from the annual planning process to incentive plan design.

Lead HR business partner for $160B AUM fixed income asset management firm. Led all key HR processes including annual talent reviews, employee relations, compensation planning and design, early career development programs, and organizational design and effectiveness efforts. Promoted to Assistant Vice President in April of 2010 in recognition of successfully executing on the HR agenda and expansion of role and responsibilities.

Provided HR generalist support to the HQ team of a $5B and 15K employee global division of Carrier. Additionally, led multiple high-level strategic projects in support of HR leader for business. Promoted to HR leadership role in early 2008 for a ~$500M commercial refrigeration P&L with 2,400 employees including multiple manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Mexico.
