I have more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, working in various roles and regions, from operations to business development. I am passionate about water treatment technology and innovation, and I have partnered with a highly innovative team and we developed, patented and have sold our first unit after 3 years of on-site operation’s. This technology has been named BET (best available technology worldwide) to treat microplastics, dust and pellets. I am also a Navy veteran and drilling fluids engineer.

Desulphrization and demetalization of used oil streams Partnered with a highly skilled team to R&D a new cost affective technology to reduce sulphur in used motor oils as well as crude streams without the high cost of hydro-cracking. This technology lead us to develop further technology to remove heave metals from the streams as well to meet the IMO2020 offshore sulphur restrictions for emissions from diesel fuel. A portion of my duties after the R&D process included Budgeting and engineering the refining plant, manufacturing, Site prep work, logistics and setup of the refinery. Directly managed the start up and operations of all plant activities.

Two separate Deployments to Indian Ocean and Straits of Hormuz where ships duties included escorting oil tankers in and out of the Straights as well as protecting other American assets while being part of the Aircraft Carrier Nimitz battle group. Earned a class increase to Petty Officer Second Class and received an Expeditionary Medal. I served as the ships Oil King. I was responsible for and managed all testing and documentation in the ships lab where all fuels (DFM & JP-5), jacket seawater for cooling, all lube oils and potable water were tested and logs maintained per DOD standards. As well responsible for fueling the ship both in port and underway while maintaining quality control and inventory records of usage. I managed a small lab crew of 4 during normal operations. During fuel operations I managed up to 40 teams spread throughout the ship sounding tanks and communicating fuel levels to me while refueling underway. I reported directly to the captain. Received Navy Achievement Medal, Expeditionary Medal, 2 sea service decorations, several letters of commendation
