Desulphrization and demetalization of used oil streams Partnered with a highly skilled team to R&D a new cost affective technology to reduce sulphur in used motor oils as well as crude streams without the high cost of hydro-cracking. This technology lead us to develop further technology to remove heave metals from the streams as well to meet the IMO2020 offshore sulphur restrictions for emissions from diesel fuel. A portion of my duties after the R&D process included Budgeting and engineering the refining plant, manufacturing, Site prep work, logistics and setup of the refinery. Directly managed the start up and operations of all plant activities.

• Member of Senior Management Team responsible for well management and support initiatives, systems design and ISO certification, employee training and development, management of purchasing and warehousing and all operations. • Implemented operational excellence initiatives for field employees; working closely with finance, manufacturing, business development, quality, health, safety, and environmental departments in the Alaska, Gulf of Mexico, and Houston regions to evaluate and modify corporate culture to more progressive ideals on operational excellence.

• Served as Power of Attorney (company officer)responsible for management of legal, business development, financials,operations, and human resource aspects of the Brazil business. Instrumental in sales and negotiations of multi million dollar contracts •Increased business 600% by improving technology, targeting new hires with more relative experience, expanding employee training and development programs, developing progressive external and internal communication strategies, improving documentation and implementing new ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001. •Collaborated on the development of a new, revolutionary process for separating and treating MEG, condensate, and water with a 98% efficiency level •Spearheaded communications and technical water improvement initiatives, as well as initiating and supporting a safety culture that led to 6 years without a lost time accident. These factors resulted in a significant business growth and for the Brazilian region to be ranked second worldwide in profitability; eliminating the majority of local competition. •Launched a start up in Mexico as a result of the successful operational excellence initiatives in Brazil and assumed role of Mexico Operations Manager in addition to Brazil Country Manager.

•Managed all offshore operations, logistics, purchasing, quality, engineering, and training in the Brazil region. •Increased CES value proposition by certifying ISO 9001, 14001, and 18001, and maintaining 100% compliance on ISO audits utilizing the triple management system. •Invented,Engineered, tested, and implemented a two-step chemical process, utilizing new turbulent flow mixing device, which broke fluids in acid flow back and returns, produced water and slop water applications. •Improved produced water system profile by implementing a new system to treat slop water in cargo tanks using dispersed gas flotation technology. •Maintained a zero LTA rating for 6 years by changing the safety culture through training initiatives.

• Rotated through Nigeria, Gulf of Mexico, United States, Mexico and Brazil on pipeline serration, water treatment, on-land slop water treatment, and well testing projects, cross training throughout the organization and establishing relationships with key clients.

Hydraulic fracturing Treater, Nitrogen and Acid stimulations

Two separate Deployments to Indian Ocean and Straits of Hormuz where ships duties included escorting oil tankers in and out of the Straights as well as protecting other American assets while being part of the Aircraft Carrier Nimitz battle group. Earned a class increase to Petty Officer Second Class and received an Expeditionary Medal. I served as the ships Oil King. I was responsible for and managed all testing and documentation in the ships lab where all fuels (DFM & JP-5), jacket seawater for cooling, all lube oils and potable water were tested and logs maintained per DOD standards. As well responsible for fueling the ship both in port and underway while maintaining quality control and inventory records of usage. I managed a small lab crew of 4 during normal operations. During fuel operations I managed up to 40 teams spread throughout the ship sounding tanks and communicating fuel levels to me while refueling underway. I reported directly to the captain. Received Navy Achievement Medal, Expeditionary Medal, 2 sea service decorations, several letters of commendation
