Continually develop, communicate, and implement the overall go-to market sales strategy for Canada through continuous improvement of the sales culture and processes. Primary objectives will be leading the go-to-market and customer experience, steering the field-based leadership team’s customer engagement, ensuring sales collaboration across all business units, and building a high performing sales leadership team.

Lead and continually develop, communicate and implement the overall "go to market" strategy for Eastern Canada, through continuous improvement of the sales culture and processes. Develop and manage our Key Customer Account Program thru direct involvement with our Strategic Sales Representatives and our Key Account Support Team.

Managed and oversaw the overall business for Southern Ontario with regards to Profitability, Revenue Generation and Fleet Management. Oversaw a revenue base ranging up to $90M and a Fleet of $75M+.

Managing the East GTA branch for United Rentals with revenues in excess of $5M and profitability in excess of 20% and ROCA ranging above 35%

Oversaw the financial reporting and prepared budgets for the Equipment Rental Division of Wajax o/a Ray Gordon Equipment.
