Climate Adaptation: Lead management strategies for climate resilience in the Nakhon Phanom region, focusing on sustainable land use and environmental governance. Carbon Market Facilitation: Oversee the integrity of Premium T-VER carbon credit projects, ensuring alignment with international standards (Article 6 of the Paris Agreement) for high-value offsetting.
