Assisted the Director of Event Technology in all duties regarding location audiovisual services, including: employee relations and development, property and vendor relationships, security systems and sales. Direct day-to-day floor operations of technicians, including set and strike (ie. audio, visual, lighting, rigging, etc.), scheduling, etc. Assisting with developing healthy employee relations climate, including employee motivation and coaching. Mentoring technicians to also provide this level of customer service. Training and developing technicians with the Director's assistance.

I've been involved with Live Theatre, Performing Arts and Live Event Staging and Technology for over 20 years.I have been on both sides of the curtain, both sides of the camera, Directed productions, Ran Audio for events from 300 to 3000 people.I am an experienced physical comedian who can be an actor, run a followspot, be floor crew, direct a scene, operate an audio board, shoot and edit digital photography, video, edit it and put it up in the universe of Social Media.
