PFE is an independent, full-service polymer testing, and R&D facility that has served the plastics, packaging, recycling, and consumer products industries worldwide since 1984. Maintain an in-house plastic recycling pilot facility to reproduce the processing plant’s industrial floor environment. PFE is one of North America's principal testing facilities validating plastic packaging compatibility with industry design guide protocols. Globally accredited to perform testing in all four product categories, PET rigids, HDPE rigids, PP rigids, and PE flexibles.

• Led the sustainability program for a national food packaging manufacturer, overseeing six thermoform production facilities. Including resin procurement responsibilities that improved post-consumer feedstock quality acceptance in excess of 30%. • Collaborated with inhouse packaging design team to incorporate sustainable design elements and attended packaging customers conferences as inhouse sustainability expert. • Established new quality control protocols, specifications, and laboratory to qualify all incoming post-consumer resin for direct food contact packaging, and the qualification of a newly revamped and expanded vendor pool. • Sustainably merchandised outdated inventory, eliminating multiple satellite warehouses, to facilitate a centralized campus footprint.

Head of sales for state-of-the-art domestic post-consumer plastic recycling facility, processing in excess of 120MM Lbs. annually; targeting recycled content for food packaging applications. US Industry representative and invited guest speaker at the China Ecological Civilization and Resource Recycling Industry Conference- Shanghai, China.

• Development lead, successfully funding a seven-figure corporate partner portfolio for the largest community improvement nonprofit organization in the US that improves recycling and beautifies American communities. • Central partner to cross-functional team operations for development, marketing, brand development, and project management of national environmental and social sustainability annual programs America Recycles Day, the Great American Cleanup, and the only national advertising campaign to promote recycling, in partnership with the Ad Council.

Strategic organizer in association’s independent governance, withdrawing from The American Chemistry Council (ACC). Key recycling industry policy strategist. Authored the foundational text for the association’s governing by-laws.

Directed commercial operations, FDA regulatory compliance, brand qualifications, and product quality for a leading post-consumer plastic recycling facility, producing recycled PET resin for food and beverage packaging applications; along with recycled Polypropylene (PP) for automotive applications.
