GoGet is a community marketplace for people to outsource errands and tasks, find local services and products, or complete flexible jobs to earn money. - Established GoGet’s operational processes in Hong Kong and recruited 500+ freelancers in less than 3 months. Co-ordinated the migration of over 2000 task heroes; transitioning freelancers from SpotHelp to GoGet - including several recruiting campaigns on WhatsApp, Facebook, and offline events. -Optimized the product on mobile and web application, through providing feedback on the customer experience and notified the design and development team on errors and bugs to ensure customer standards is maintained. -Led local Chinese business to business activities that resulted in an increase of 25% of customer inquiries -Provided reports to the marketing team for executing campaigns based on customer inquiries and requests
