I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Fabrik Property Group, a UK property investment platform established in 2014. My role is to lead the strategic direction of the business, overseeing capital deployment, transaction origination and the long-term relationships we maintain with our network of family offices, private investors and institutional partners. At Fabrik Property Group we focus on acquiring and structuring opportunities across UK residential and commercial real estate, with particular emphasis on assets where active asset management, refurbishment or repositioning strategies can unlock long-term value. Having worked across property, construction and investment, I have developed a practical understanding of the full real estate lifecycle, from sourcing opportunities and structuring acquisitions through to asset management and value realisation. I work closely with investors and operating partners across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia, providing access to carefully curated and often off-market opportunities across both residential and commercial sectors. My approach centres on disciplined underwriting, alignment of interests and capital preservation, ensuring every investment is structured with a clear focus on downside protection and long-term performance. Through Fabrik Property Group, my aim is to build long-term relationships with investors by delivering well-structured transactions, transparent reporting and dependable execution, supporting clients in building resilient property portfolios across London and key UK regional cities including Manchester, Leeds, Birmingham and Bristol. We are always interested in reviewing opportunities where strong fundamentals and active asset management can unlock value across the UK market.
